PocketTrack LLC ("PocketTrack", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PocketTrack platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and business name.
Operational data. We store the information you enter into the platform — locations, machines, maintenance logs, team members, refund requests, and related records.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the PocketTrack service, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days before it may be permanently deleted.
